RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY INFORMATION:



PER POLICY: ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES :

 

Items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging. 

any cancelations or returns will have a $35 restocking fee and a 25% restocking fees will be charged on all returns or cancelations after 10 days of purchase due to being custom made to order unless the order has been started ( Already in Production  or is a Spindle Order . THIS GOES FOR ALL LLP PRODUCTS 

 

• We will NOT resend product before we get the returned item from customers.
• All shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE in any circumstances.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt. NO CLAIMS will be honored after 5 days of delivery.
• All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
• Professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item is auction "AS IS", unless the warranty is stated in item description.
• We do not answer messages on WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAYS and we will reply all messages in the order it was received.


WARRANTY CLAIMS :
• Items ONLY have warranty statement posted on the product detail pages can be eligible for warranty claims.
• If a part was successfully installed by a licensed shop, went into service, and then failed, it may be eligible for warranty replacement. You must report to us through message, email or phone within 14 days of the failure, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Parts that are covered by a manufacturer's or our Store's warranty may be returned for exchange for like product replacement. Refunds are not issued on warranty items.
• The customer is responsible for ALL freight charges incurred with the exchange. This includes the original freight cost to the customer.
• ONLY items authorized for warranty service that pass warranty inspection will be processed. Unauthorized customer warranties or warranty items that do not meet warranty criteria as stated by the manufacturer , or do not pass a warranty inspection will be denied and returned, if requested, at the customer's expense. Unclaimed denied warranty returns will be destroyed.
• We are ONLY responsible for product replacement per the manufacturer warranty guidelines. No other responsibilities or warranties are expressed or implied.
• Buyer is required to follow our return policy for warranty claim.

ALL ORDERS HAVE A 3-5 WEEK LEAD TIME AFTER PURCHASE DEPENDING ON QUANTITY OF PRIOR AND CURRENT ORDERS!
